Adding a Questionnaire from Industry Templates

Users with the proper Response Management permissions will be able to create a new Questionnaire by selecting Standard Industry templates provided by CENTRL. With these templates, users can edit and alter the contents of the questionnaire to their liking and use for their Response Management. This article goes over adding a Questionnaire using an Industry Template. For other methods of adding a questionnaire, please visit our Help Center article below.

Add Questionnaire

1. To begin, access the Response Management Module and click on the Add Questionnaire button.

2. Within the Add Questionnaire Window, click on the Select from Industry Templates option. Here you can click on the dropdown to select one of the existing templates.

Please note: CENTRL currently only offers ILPA and AIMA Questionnaire templates at this time but will include more options over time.

3. Once the necessary details have been filled out, click on the Add button.

4. Users will then be directed to the questionnaire to edit and alter to their preference.
