Adding Internal Comments at Partner level

You can add Internal Comments associated with a Partner or a Vendor in order to track important changes for that Partner or Vendor. 

This feature allows users in Partner Connect or Vendor connect to track changes or updates for specific partners or vendors. The user can update a specific partner/vendor profile by adding one or more comments outside of evaluation of assessments or collection of documents.

Adding an Internal Comment

1. Navigate to the Partners module and click on the Profile screen.

2. Click on the Comments tab to enter a comment.

3. Within the New Comment box, enter an internal message to send to someone in your company.

Note: You can also tag your colleague by using "@" followed by their name.

4. Click on the Submit Comment button as shown above to send your comment.
