Attaching Files to a Partner's Profile

Users with System Admin access and Users with the Add/Edit Partner permission can attach partner-related files and documentation related to each partner/vendor.

This feature is especially useful when you want to attach files at the Partner or Vendor level. This enables all the other users in your organization to view or download these attached files. 

Note: This feature is available to users in Partner Connect/Vendor Connect and to Client Connect users. This feature is not available to Guest users.

1. Navigate to the Profile screen from Partner Space and click on the Files link at the top as shown above.

2. Click on the Attach Files link to upload files and save to your partner's profile.

3. You have the option to Download or Remove the attached files using the three dots.

Note: You also have the option to edit the file name attached by clicking on Edit.
