As a part of Response360, users must be configured with specific Role Access by System Administrators in order to access and manage the Answer Library Module.
The Role Access matrix provided below allows System Administrators to set permissions for roles. Please see our full help article below for more information on creating and modifying roles:

Setting Answer Library Permissions
- Read: Users can only view Answer Library records.
- Write: Users can view, modify, and verify Answer Library records.
Please Note: If a user does not at least have the Read permission for Answer Library, they cannot access the Answer Library Module.
