Users have the ability to track the invitation history of a specific contact. This feature helps users to view how many invitations have been sent to contacts along with the ability to re-send an invitation. This feature provides a timeline showing all the invitation actions in reverse chronological order.

Navigating to Contacts
1. Navigate to the System Admin module and click on the Contacts screen as shown above.
1. Alternatively, you can also navigate to your Partners module from the application sidebar and click on a Partner Name from the list.
2. Navigate to Profile and click on the Contacts screen as shown above.
Viewing the Invitation History
1. To view the invitation history, click on the Clock icon under the Invitation Status column as shown above.
2. A modal will display the invitation history for the specific contact in the form of a timeline.
Re-inviting an External Contact
1. Navigate to the contact whose invitation status is Expired or Pending and click on the Clock icon as shown above.
2. Click on the Re-invite button to proceed.
3. A confirmation screen will appear. Click on the Re-invite button to trigger a re-invitation.
Note: Your contact will be notified via email to register and login.
