Setting a Business Unit contact as Primary

System Administrators have the ability to set any Business Unit Contact as 'Primary'. The first contact added to a Business Unit will be set as 'Primary' by default but a different contact can be made 'Primary' for that Business Unit at any time.

1. Navigate to the Business Units from the System Admin Module and click on the Partner name as shown above.

2. Click on the Contacts tab and click on the 3 dots under the Action column and select the 'Set as Primaryoption.

3. Click on the Set As Primary button to set a Business Unit contact as Primary.
