System Administrators or Users who have the Add/Edit Partner permission have the ability to attach files and documentation associated with a specific business unit and its Product.
This feature is especially useful when you want to attach files at the Business Unit level. This enables all the other users in your organization to view or download these attached files.
Note: This feature is available to users in Partner connect/Vendor connect and to Client connect users. This feature is not available to Guest users.
1. Navigate to the Product tab from the Business Unit screen and click on the product name from the list.
2. Click on the Attach Files link to upload files and save it to your business unit profile.
3. You have the option to download the attached files using the Download icon or Download All icon.
Note: You also have the option to delete the attached files using the Delete icon if required.
